Lafarge France recherche un(e) Ingénieur d'Affaires Ductal H/F.

 


Le poste est réservé au reclassement interne au titre du projet de transformation organisationnelle de LafargeHolcim en France.

Responsibilities

The overall mission of the Ductal representative is to work with Ductal licensed precasters across France, while making sure that the product remains a benchmark for quality and reliability. His/Her main KPI’s will be the sales of product, the management of a portfolio of projects and strong focus on the follow up of precasters ensuring the quality to allow the business to scale up over the next few years. As part of his missions, the candidate should:

 

  • Execute the commercial strategy
  • Assist technically to Ductal licensed precasters
  • Provide support to existing customers & develop new partnerships/licensees (from identification to training)
  • Promote the technology in the region and build a prescription strategy (architects, design institutes, contractors and government bodies)
  • Specify the Ductal offer; follow-up construction projects

 

This might lead him to have business relationship with high levels managers both internally (Commercial or Marketing Directors within LH countries, G&I team, Legal team) but also externally (CEO of existing customers or prospect companies).

This might also lead him to manage on a transversal mode resources within the Ductal team (Technical Assistance, Sales Admin, Communication Manager) or within other LH entities (Marketing or Commercial teams).

 

 

The Ductal offer is well supported by a large number of patents, permanently renewed and updated with the participation of the Research and Development (R&D) Center. Today, the team operates with the following priority targets:

 

  • The facade market with a global solution for cladding using lightweight thin Ductal panels
  • Civil Engineering market mostly for repair/rehabilitation of bridges, dams, airports
  • Architectural segment: Architectural projects (Commercial, residential, public and sports sectors)
  • Entering new markets like Energy (windmills, nuclear) and Security (blast or bullet proof applications)

 

Education/Qualifications

  • Engineer/Architect with precast plant experience in the construction sector
  • Ideally combined skills between a commercial and technical background
    • Objectives and financial results oriented
    • Business Development
    • Project Management
    • Technical skills
  • Experience with UHPC (added value)
  • Mobility at mid-term (Europe)
  • Driver license required
