  • Support Commercial transformation of RMX Operation focusing performance of team, effectiveness of processes with clear KPI’s.
  • Support the success of the assigned team of sales (existing, and new hires)


  • Review & challenge the current structure, Headcount & reporting Lines.
  • Review and/ or conduct necessary assessment of sales team members & Plant Managers to identify gaps/ areas of improvement.
  • Selection of necessary trainings &/or coaching requirements & follow up on execution and assessments.
  • Guide & coach plant managers as well as sales team members and follow up on their development.
  • Lead the whole recruitment process; screening, selection, as well as the execution of induction, and integration programs.
  • Provide necessary trainings and awareness to Lafargeholcim‘s standard operating procedures.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills

Processes, Market, & Customers:

  • Development of required KPI’s to monitor business performance.
  • Lead demand-generating activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty ( VAP).
  • Coordinate involvement with customers of other plants personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
  • Institutionalize sales function to ensure customer focus.
  • Review, assessment of gaps, development of actions & implementation to reach sales excellence before end of 2018.
  • Create and document sales related SOPs, as well as modifying existing policies and procedures.


  • University Degree (B.A.)
  • Lafargeholcim knowhow & experience in RMX, with similar market conditions/ diversified customer portfolio & spread geographical operations;


  • Significant experience of at least 5 years in the related field.

Knowledge & Skills

Technical Functional Competencies

  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders
  • Basic project management experience
  • Working in international Business
  • Knowledge of sales systems, forecasting and basic financial management
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems to record and analyze data, and the ability to generate Power Point presentations are essential skills
