  • Overview

    The mission of the Ductal Marketing & Communications is fourfold:

    • Ensure that the Ductal® brand and the Ductal® solutions reputation is growing in the targeting countries providing the various business Ductal® segments with lead generations to contribute to the Ductal® business growth in Americas, Europe, AMEA and China;
    • Manage the global and specific Ductal solution promotion plans with the worldwide Ductal® Teams and the support of the country LH teams and LH Digital & Communication department;
    • Activate and manage the required, appropriate and customer oriented online and offline levers to support the lead generation and follow the budget;
    • Ensure Ductal reputation inside the LH Group while promoting Ductal stories to the LH Group Communication teams and targeting country teams for internal cascading.

    Pioneer in the UHPC market, Ductal® is providing solutions to the new construction environment.

    Ductal® is a high-tech construction material (Ultra-High Performance Concrete - UHPC) with the superior qualities of resistance to compression, ductility, longevity, eco-efficiency, insulation and aesthetics.

    Ductal develops its activity in three segments: architectural iconic projects, civil engineering repairs and cladding panels and it is developing solutions for shotcrete applications, safety buildings, windmills and elevated transportation systems.

    Ductal® is distributed via our network of partners around the world.

     

    Ductal business is still the start-up of an activity with specific features. There is fulltime organizations in North & South America (15 FTE’s), France (16 FTE’s), from where there are exports to UK, Switzerland, Rusia, Middle East and North Africa, Brazil (1 FTE) and China (2 FTE’s), and a group of corporate support (5 FTE’s). The business has been growing fast in the last two years after the publication of different norms & standards for UHPRFC in US, Switzerland and France and it is getting into an industrial phase to support development.

    Responsibilities

    MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

    Executes Role

    • Define Ductal Marketing & Communications plans and priorities for the whole Ductal® business segments and new solutions to support the business development activities;
    • Develop partnerships with suppliers to support the offline and online lever management to activate the defined promotion plans.

    Acts according to the Leadership Role

    • Assures the compliance of the Ductal promotion levers to the LH Group digital rules, tools, graphic standards and local laws.

    Manage according to the Ducta®l global strategy

     

    PROMOTION PLANS


    Define Ductal Communication & Promotion plans and priorities for the whole Ductal® business segments in relation with the Ductal teams.
     
    ONLINE LEVERS

    • Ductal website: ductal.com in French and in English
      • Promote Ductal® innovations, applications and completed projects in the Architecture and Engineering sections;
      • Manage News content, project webpages and possible new application webpages;
      • Manage content translations with external partners;
      • Setup the layout webpages and post French and English content;
      • Boost the Home page (News teasers and content to be promoted);
      • Update the site structure if required in relation with the Ductal teams;
      • Manage and support target local country teams for the translation of the whole website in relation with external key partners and the Ductal® teams;
      • Follow and check the website statistics on Google Analytics;
      • Update the annual and monthly website and leads statistics.
    • Ductal webchat
      • Ensure the quality of the subcontracted customer relation Service in relation with the external partner;
      • Update the Ductal Customer Relation charter
    • Ductal web visibility
      • Net-linking: Propose a Ductal® dedicated page to be available on the targeting countries’ website;
      • Check the SEO ranking on Google Search and propose corrective action plan.
    • Digital ads (Google Adwords)
      • Manage the Rainscreen Cladding ad campaign in relation with the external partner and the Europe Industrialized solution team.
    • Leads Management
      • Analyze the Customer requests received in the ductal e-mail box: direct e-mail, e-mails via website forms, call center e-mails, Archdaily notifications, webchat notifications, answer as a first filter and notify the right business engineer;
      • Fill in the request table follow up
      • Measure and analyze statistics for corrective actions.
    • Community Manager
      • Editorial line: Carry out the editorial line with the support of the external partner and the Ductal teams
      • Accounts: Manage and moderate the Ductal Fb, G+, Linkedin and twitter accounts and pages with the support of the external partner;
      • Post: Identify content with the support of the Ductal® teams and organize the weekly post planning;
      • Share et Retweets: Activity environment watch on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin and weekly planning;
      • Quality followup: Check and analyze post statistics Analyse des statistiques des posts pour suivi qualité
      • Social Media ads: Manage page and post promotion on Facebook and Linkedin, analyze results for optimization;
      • Promote posts to the LH Digital team and the target country teams for cascading
    • Competition and Customer watch
      • Create and follow the Google alerts based on the name of the competitors and the customers in Architecture and Engineering Fields
      • Analyser les alertes et transmettre aux équipes Ductal
    • Product web plateforms
      • Manage the Ductal Archdaily account
      • Manage content and updates of the brand page and the product pages in relation with Archdaily and the Ductal teams


    OFFLINE LEVERS

     

    • Media-library
      • Manage shooting of the ongoing and completed projects
      • Manage the image rights 
    • Press Media plan
      • Manage the possible press ads with the support of the LH Press service and the external agencies
      • Update Press relationships: Support promotional article content writing.
    • Even and Promotional supports
      • Create layout for the communication supports and event supports: posters, brochures, product sheets, white book, ads, etc. in relation with the Ductal teams
      • Manage content translation
    • Internal communication
      • Ease the reputation of the Ductal® solutions and teams within the LH Group;
      • Promote news to the main internal stakeholders to be visible on intranet and internal newsletter.

     

    Education/Qualifications

    Master Marketing Management and Digital or strong experience and motivation
