  • Overview

    The role of the Corporate Controller is to provide high quality financial controlling and reporting for the Corporate Holdings entities with the main tasks around monthly consolidation and management reporting, planning process (rolling forecasts and mid-term-plan), cost controlling and providing quality analytical support of different projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure high quality financial controlling and reporting for Corporate Holding entities.
    • Coordinate and support the monthly actual closing and reporting, forecasting and mid-term planning process, plus ensuring transparent communication of the same
    • Consolidation of the Holding entities (according to IFRS).
    • Ensure ICS compliance for the Corporate Holdings by coordinating and managing actively internal control documentations.
    • Ensuring controlling and financial management of the Corporate Holding entities and clarity of costs plus optimization of spending.
    • Reporting to the CFO Corporate Holdings, Head AR&IC and others
    • Support for IFRS standalone financial statements for the capital market entities.
    • Support and maintain the relevant tools and systems (e.g. SAP).
    • Support projects.

    Education/Qualifications

    • Business Administration (Accounting and/or Controlling) or similar

    Experience

    • At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of Consolidation and/or Controlling and/or Audit and/or advanced GL-Accounting.
    • Audit experience with one of the big 4s would be an advantage
    • Experience of business patterning/controlling would be an advantage
    • IFRS knowledge would be an advantage
