The main purpose of the role is to support the group strategy by ensuring that LafargeHolcim has the right people/leaders today and tomorrow. It is critical to create and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
The role requires visible leadership and role modeling in Health & Safety (H&S) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). More specifically, promoting H&S and D&I actions/behaviors within the functions, as well as fostering their integration in all policies, activities and documents developed.
