  • Overview

    The role of the compliance and special project manager is to ensure internal controls compliance for the Corporate Holdings entities and taking ownership and manage the group charges in alignment with Group Tax on a Corporate Holdings level. Furthermore other controlling activities (ensuring the monthly high quality reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting) and the support of different projects will be part of the role.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for correctness of Group charges (intra-group / operating companies) at Corporate Holdings level for all reporting streams
    • Support implementation of a new cross charges concept (intra-group / operating companies)
    • Ensure Internal Control compliance for Corporate Holdings, providing support to the outside locations and manging open issues
    • Ensure high quality financial controlling and reporting for Corporate Holding entities according to IFRS and group internal standards
    • Coordinate and support the monthly actual closing and reporting, forecasting and mid-term planning process, plus ensuring transparent communication of the same
    • Reporting to the CFO Corporate Holdings, Head AR&IC and others
    • Lead and support special projects (as applicable)

    Education/Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination or relevant education and experience required.
    • Swiss CPA or similar would be an advantage

    Experience

    • At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of Controlling and/or Consolidation and/or Audit and/or advanced GL-Accounting.
    • Experience of business patterning/controlling
    • IFRS knowledge and Audit experience with one of the big 4s would be an advantage

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to contribute to the team performance and keep deadlines
    • Expericence in using MS-Office / Google
    • Expericence in using SAP (SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, SAP FC)

    Language Requirements

    Fluent in English. German or French would be an advantage

    Travel Requirements

    Occasionally – mainly to Zug for business meetings
