In line with the CIP and PME strategy, vision and priorities, the Head of Operational Intelligence main responsibility are to develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope and mission of the OI function. The leader will be accountable for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services and the achievement of key driver targets as well as expanding our team’s data science and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities by expanding the skill set of the current team and hiring and developing new talent. Business intelligence comprised of industry scanning in the areas of customer needs/trends and competitive assessment/analysis is used to create insight that is directional in operational strategy development. Equipped with these capabilities, this team will transform a rich repository of existing data into insights – ultimately driving solutions that will help our operations to be more productive and profitable.
Ability to translate business questions into problems solvable using analytics tools, and enjoy converting the results of your analyses into visual stories tailored to the needs of the audience.
Working knowledge of digital attribution (data collection, tagging management, data integrity, advanced analytics & reporting)
