In line with the Group strategy and O&HR vision and priorities, the main purpose of this role lies in four key domains:
- Ensuring the control and optimization of expatriation costs and Region/Country awareness and actions regarding compliance of assignees.
- Process and standards: Ensuring processes, policies and standards are in line with business needs and competitive with the external market. Guaranteeing equity, transparency and understanding of the Group policies via communication materials and training modules and their deployment through LafargeHolcim.
- Customer relations: Guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of expertise and information provided, as well as the efficiency and speed of delivery as a Group Centre of Expertise for all LafargeHolcim businesses.
- People management: Guaranteeing the adequacy of team members’ skills and level of service to the business in relation to responsibilities and expertise, and providing them a stimulating work environment and development opportunities.
