    For our office in Singapore, we are looking for an Office Manager (full time job) 

    Responsibilities

    • In charge of reception, DHL, couriers and telephone
    • Animation of Health & Safety
    • Coordinate Internal Communication such as staff meeting, company events
    • In charge of Travel Management in coordination with Travel Manager in Head Office
    • Management of Building and Offices
    • Coordinate and administer computers and mobile phones
    • Support in HR Administration

    Education/Qualifications

    Commercial degree

    Experience

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools
    • Professional experience in travel booking and visa applications
    • Has managed office rentals and procurement of office supplies, equipment, etc.

    • Very good Interpersonal competencies/communication
    • Service orientation and welcoming culture
    • Accountable, solution-driven, initiative

    Language Requirements

    Proficiency in English and Mandarin
