The HR Manager is an active member of the APAC Trading Office and LafargeHolcim Trading (LHT) HR team. The HRBP supervises the deployment of LHT HR Policies, processes and tools. He/she is in charge especially of all activities related to the Hire & Retire Business Processes, Employment and Contract Administration, HR Budget and Reporting Compensation & Benefits administration, Performance Management administration, Training & Development administration and Corporate Social Responsibility actions.

Bachelor or Master Degree, preference in HR. If not, then with 5 to 7 year experience in HR operations (3 to 5 years working experience in HR, preferably in Singapore in an international organization)
