    In line with the LafargeHolcim Health & Safety Strategy and Management System, under the direction of Head of H&S Systems and Processes: to work with the Group H&S Leadership Team to provide the framework and content for a global and comprehensive H&S knowledge management. This includes strong technical expertise to develop LH H&S Standards and related material, focused on successful implementation within the Countries.


    • Be a group expert on H&S Standards, in line with international standards, regulations and industry best practices,
    • Animate the Subject Mater Experts network across the Group, maintaining its Master Data, and drive the development, roll-out and implementation of the H&S Knowledge Management framework: Standards review, new Standards development, production of related / supporting material (‘Visuals’), liaising with the Training Team.
    • Ensure the overall technical consistency of the HSMS documentation with feedback and best practises collected (quality of the Library), liaising on a daily basis with Controllers, being focused on Country implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with the other members of the H&S Systems and Processes Team and with the H&S Leadership Team, supporting them in the development, roll-out and implementation of the HSMS, Processes, Incident KPIs analysis, Information management and Standards.
    • Contribute to the delivery of the overall LH H&S performance and results, and be a key player in the Global H&S team as well as a change leader for the entire organization,
    • Participate to the implementation of the new Word Class software when ready (small site safety management).


    • Master Degree in Engineering or related field, or in H&S,
    • Internationally recognized H&S accreditation,
    • Qualification in Project/Change Management will be seen as an advantage.


    • At least 7-10 years operational experience in either in industry in an operational/manufacturing role, including 5 years in an H&S function,
    • Proven track record of Standards development / writing (English).
    • Corporate experience will be highly appreciated.
    • Operational experience in Cement or Aggregate / Concrete will be seen as an advantage.

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Attentiion to detail, rigour, writing skills, mastering of MS Office Suite.
    • Communication digital, influencing, team collaboration and facilitation, building network, conflict management experience.

    • Robust organizational skills, autonomy, result oriented.

    Language Requirements

    Must be fluent in English (excellent oral and written skills). Any other language is an advantage.
